Audyence
Account Executive (Supply-Side)
Role Overview
We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Account Executive, Supply-Side to own new and existing publisher relationships on the supply side of our marketplace. This role is critical to accelerating adoption of our subscription SaaS products among publishers and driving recurring revenue growth.
This role is ideal for someone who is entrepreneurial at-heart and loves to build, thrives on both hunting new business and growing existing accounts, gets energized by hitting and exceeding quotas, and is excited by the idea of being the first to break new ground. Ideal candidates are skilled at translating complex technology into clear value for customers, enjoy building long-term publisher relationships, and are most comfortable driving results through a focused pipeline of high-value, low-volume deals. Above all, they want to be part of a fast-moving team that’s reshaping how B2B media is bought and sold.

Key Responsibilities
- Hunt new publishers: Prospect, qualify, pitch, and close new supply-side customers onto Audyence’s subscription supply-side platform (SSP).
- Farm existing publishers: Deepen relationships with current publishers to expand usage, upsell premium features, and increase subscription revenues.
- Drive subscription revenue growth: Consistently meet or exceed quotas by managing a full sales cycle, from outreach to close to expansion.
- Negotiate Long-Term Deals: Focus on 1-2 year deals, negotiating payment terms and renewal cycles
- Consult with publishers: Understand publisher needs and demonstrate how Audyence’s platform improves monetization and long-term profitability.
- Collaborate internally: Partner with Product, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams to provide publisher feedback and shape go-to-market strategy.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in a quota-carrying sales role (SaaS or AdTech preferred).
- Experience managing both new business acquisition and account expansion.
- Strong consultative sales skills with the ability to translate publisher needs into solutions.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Comfort with a fast-growth, high-performance culture where results and ownership are expected.
- Ability to thrive in a hybrid role that balances hunter instincts with farmer discipline.
- Experience with Hubspot is a plus
You Might Be a Fit If You:
- Are energized by the idea of being the first hire fully-focused on this newly established product and revenue stream
- Would love to work with seasoned sales professionals, including our CRO and CEO, to refine an already proven sales process.
- Love chasing new business but also know how to grow existing accounts.
- Get excited by hitting (and exceeding) sales quotas, and are money-motivated.
- Excel in low-volume, high-ASP sales where depth of relationship and consultative selling drive results
- Can translate complex technology into clear, compelling value for customers.
- Enjoy working with publishers and helping them succeed long-term.
- Thrive in environments where you build, iterate, and move fast.
- Want to join a team that’s reshaping how B2B media is bought and sold.
We truly embody our values and live it through the culture we are creating at Audyence.
- Integrity Always -- Sometimes the right way isn’t the quickest way or the most profitable way. But good PMs do things the right way because it’s the ethical way. Prioritize transparency, honesty, and decency over everything else.
- Think Big -- Identify, outline, and shape the roadmap of the next major initiatives by collaborating with various stakeholders from leadership, engineering, data science, and product. Create and communicate a bold direction that inspires results.
- Earn Trust & Respect -- your work matters. Your features matter. You care and give your all, and earn the trust and respect of your peers and customers.
- FITFO -- sometimes solutions take creative thinking and multiple iterations. You try many different approaches to the right answer. Despite setbacks, you rise to the occasion and never settle for failure.
- Take Agile Action -- Speed matters in business. Many decisions and actions are reversible and do not need extensive study. Good PMs take calculated risks.
- Be Customer Obsessed -- Good PMs start with the customer and work backwards. They work vigorously to earn and keep customer trust, no matter how heavy the lift. Although they pay attention to competitors, they obsess over customers.
- Take Ownership -- Good PMs are owners. They think long term and don’t sacrifice long-term value for short-term results. They act on behalf of the entire company, beyond just their own team or ideas. They convince others of their ideas.
- Collaborative -- the best PMs are not necessarily those with the best ideas, but those that ensure the right thing gets done.
- Selfless -- Product Management is about making sure the best work gets done by the team and making sure they share in the credit.
