Role Overview

‍

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter who thrives in fast-paced, high-performance environments and is excited to help scale a startup from the ground up. This individual will be responsible for owning full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions, ensuring we bring in exceptional talent who embody our values and raise the bar for our team.

This role is ideal for someone who aspires to learn quickly, make a significant impact on the trajectory of a fast-growing company, and take on future leadership roles within Recruiting or other HR disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with executive leadership to forecast hiring needs and develop recruitment plans across all departments.
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for a diverse range of roles, ensuring speed and quality of hire.
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies to build a strong pipeline of both active and passive candidates.
  • Guide hiring managers through interview best practices and candidate evaluations.
  • Represent Audyence’s culture and values throughout the candidate journey, ensuring an excellent experience.
  • Build and maintain metrics to track recruiting performance and improve efficiency.
  • Support employer brand initiatives to position Audyence as a top place to work.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of corporate recruiting experience, ideally in high-growth SaaS or startup environments.
  • Demonstrated success recruiting across multiple disciplines (sales, marketing, operations, product, engineering).
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple searches simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills with senior leaders and candidates alike.
  • Resourceful, self-starting mindset and comfort with ambiguity.
  • Experience with ATS platforms and recruiting tools.
