Role Overview

We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior Product Designer to support our vision as we scale. The ideal Product Designer has strong experience in creating intuitive, user-centric designs and excels at both individual contribution and cross-functional collaboration. You will work closely with our team to design exceptional digital experiences that delight users and drive business impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design strategy for complex, high-impact initiatives, driving user-centric decision making
• Own the end-to-end design process from research and ideation to execution and post-launch iteration.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma
• Shape and evolve our design system, ensuring scalability and consistency across platforms.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, leadership and other key stakeholders to define user problems and design effective solutions.
• Present and communicate design solutions effectively to stakeholders, balancing strategic objectives with execution

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product design, preferably in SaaS, digital platforms, or B2B products.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma (design systems, prototyping, collaboration features).
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating impactful product and visual design work.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills to present and defend design decisions.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
• Bonus: Experience with motion design, illustration, or branding.  

expected pay rate is $25/hour USD
