Scott is the Founder & CEO of Carbon Design, a personality based marketing agency delivering unique personalized experiences through innovative activation channels and methodologies. Scott has deep marketing expertise and experience gained through twenty-five years spent in the advertising and management consulting industry. Scott has held a number of executive roles throughout his career, including, DC Office President, Channel Marketing Practice at Gyro, the largest B2B agency in the world and Ad Age's B-to-B Agency of the Year. Past experience also includes being the head of marketing for an INC 500 firm and serving as the interim CMO of a Fortune 500 company. His career spans the "pipeline" from brand awareness to sales execution across the Hi-Tech, Financial Services, Communications and Healthcare industries.

Scott is a member of Gartner's Sales & Marketing Leadership Roundtable and a pioneer in developing Challenger Marketing along with the authors of "The Challenger Customers." He is also the  founder of "The Drum B2B Hub" ; a contributing author to Forbes.com, Fortune, Adage, MediaPost, Huffington Post; and the author of three books on marketing; "Advice From the Top", "PR News Measurement Guidebook", and "Transformational Marketing: The Best of the Forbes CMO Network."
