Director, Global Agency Accounts (IPG)
Austin, New York, or Los Angeles
Salary + Commission + Equity
In this role, you will:
- Own the relationship between IPG and Audyence globally, as well as the quota for any and all accounts represented by IPG
- Develop and execute a multi-pronged strategic plan to achieve your revenue goals across multiple agency buying groups
- Develop and close new ad agency buying groups to use Audyence's Real-Time Demand (RTD)Platform
- Schedule and conduct virtual and in-person meetings with ad agency decision makers
- Communicate the value of the Audyence RTD buying platform by walking through detailed demonstrations of the product
- Hit monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Grow existing spending IPG portfolio accounts
- Work with our C-level executives to design the organization structure of a team built to support IPGs growing needs, globally
- Help to identify and interview appropriate candidates to support you in your efforts to grow the IPG business
- Lead, coach and motivate your team to exceed quota targets and provide exceptional customer service to all IPG buying groups
What you’ll bring to this role:
- At least 5 years of relevant sales experience; experience in selling lead generation, ABM platforms, and/or programmatic media platforms strongly preferred
- 3 years+ of people management, including sales leadership or business development leadership experience
- Preferably, existing relationships with IPG decision makers, including teams at Initiative, Rufus, IPG Mediabrands, and/or Orion
- Proven track record of both individual and team quota achievement on a consistent basis, in excess of $2M annually
- Experience in recruiting, hiring and on onboarding top performers in Sales, Client Success, Customer Service, or Solutions Consulting roles
- Experience coaching and enabling with track record of developing A+ talent
- Advanced in dealing with ambiguity and complexity in order to navigate uncertainly and lead the team through change
- Experience with creating sales plans, processes and playbooks with cross-functional partners
- Proven cross-functional partnership with Solutions Consulting, Customer Success, Product, RevOps, Marketing
- Proven track record in hunting new business and expand customer accounts
- Executive presence in value selling to Enterprise CMOs, VPs, Demand Gen, Marketing Operations, and Sales leaders.
- 4-year BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
